Rev. Dr. Christopher Osterbrock was called to ministry at First Baptist Wellsboro in May 2022. He served for over a decade in southwestern Ohio before answering the call to beautiful north central Pennsylvania. Pastor Chris and Emily share the joy of parenting three exceptional daughters to whom Emily both nurtures and educates at home. Alongside the shepherding responsibilities of the local church, Pastor Chris also serves as the Manager of Reprints for H&E Publishing, and enjoys writing and editing articles and books through H&E as well as other outlets. Pastor Chris is always ready to have long conversations about Baptist history and Sherlock Holmes.

Joshua Bankston was called to serve at First Baptist Wellsboro in July 2023. He has served in various churches and para-church organizations for over a decade, mostly in music, college and youth ministries. Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Joshua met his now wife, Jamie, in Johnson City, TN while in college. Since getting married, they have lived and served in churches in Richmond, VA, Louisville, KY, and Ringgold, GA. The Lord has blessed Joshua and Jamie with two wonderful children. Joshua is currently a student at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Aside from reading and playing music, Joshua loves being outdoors with his family, studying languages, and whittling.
